Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership with Club Clean Pro Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("Club Clean Pro," "we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for a Club Clean Pro membership, you ("Member," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Membership Plans

2.1 Available Plans

We offer the following membership tiers:

Bronze Membership (£25/month) - Essential Care Plan:

1 complete equipment cleaning per month at any partner club
20% discount on additional services
Priority booking slots through online system
Free equipment health check
Access to all Club Clean Pro locations across Hampshire
Advanced booking notifications for preferred clubs

Silver Membership (£40/month) - Performance Plus Plan:

2 complete equipment cleanings per month
1 golf bag cleaning included
25% discount on additional services
Priority booking + flexible rescheduling

Gold Membership (£60/month) - Championship Care Plan:

Unlimited equipment cleanings at any location

2.2 Service Locations

Services are provided at our partner golf clubs across Hampshire on scheduled service days. Current locations and schedules are available through our online booking system.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Membership Fees

Membership fees are charged monthly in advance
Payment is due on the same date each month as your initial sign-up date
All fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by direct debit, credit card, or debit card. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for monthly membership fees.

3.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails, we will attempt to collect payment for up to 7 days. If payment remains unsuccessful, your membership may be suspended until payment is received.

4. Booking and Service Usage

4.1 Online Booking System

All services must be booked through our online booking system
Bookings are subject to availability at scheduled locations
Members receive priority booking access as per their membership tier

4.2 Service Credits

Monthly service allowances do not roll over to subsequent months
Unused services expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle
No refunds are provided for unused monthly services

4.3 Additional Services

Services beyond your monthly allowance are available at member discount rates and must be paid for separately.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation by Member

You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days' written notice
Cancellation must be submitted through our online system or by email to info@clubcleanpro.com
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period

5.2 Cancellation by Club Clean Pro

We reserve the right to cancel memberships for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other members.

5.3 Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services
In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered at our sole discretion

6. Service Standards

6.1 Quality Guarantee

We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our cleaning services. If you are not satisfied, we will re-clean your equipment at no additional charge or provide a full refund for that service.

6.2 Equipment Handling

We handle all equipment with professional care
We maintain comprehensive business insurance
Any pre-existing damage should be reported before service begins

7. Member Responsibilities

7.1 Equipment Condition

Equipment must be in reasonable condition for cleaning
Members are responsible for any damage not caused by normal wear and tear
Excessively damaged or unsafe equipment may be refused service

7.2 Booking Etiquette

Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
Provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations where possible
Treat staff and facilities with respect

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Limitations

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8.2 Equipment Damage

While we take every precaution, we are not liable for damage to equipment that occurs due to pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or manufacturing defects.

9. Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR requirements. Your data is used solely for membership management and service delivery.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1 Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email at least 30 days in advance.

10.2 Price Changes

Membership fees may be adjusted annually with 60 days' written notice to members.

11. General Provisions

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.

11.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Club Clean Pro regarding your membership.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
